UK revises CO2 targets
The British Government has officially admitted that they are unlikely to meet the previous target of reducing carbon emissions by 20% by 2010, according to a BBC report today. Instead, they think emissions will be reduced by 15-18%, which is of course still greater than then 12.5% reduction agreed in the Kyoto Protocol.
