The Innocent smoothie drinks company has announced that they will be the first company in the world to make their bottles from 100% recycled plastic, reducing its carbon footprint by 55%, according to the FT. This will create a reduction of 1,000 tonnes of CO2 next year. Innocent Drinks is also one of the companies that will be sporting carbon labels on their drinks, already featured on their website for their mango and passion fruit smoothie.
