German Cut Abysmal
As mentioned in the previous post, the German Government has opted for a cut in carbon emissions for ETS Phase 2 of just 0.63%, comparing emissions in 2012 with those in 2005. This is not good news for Earth, and risks making the whole program a mockery! The BBC News report is here.
