The EU Parliament commutes each month between Brussels (Belgium) and Strasbourg (France), wasting a phenomenal amount of time and money (~€200m p.a.), not to mention the unfathomable CO₂ emissions. Their own emissions reduction demands are surely reason alone to end this.
oneseat.eu, an online petition, explains itself:

This site has been initiated by Cecilia Malmström, member of the European Parliament for the Swedish Liberal Party. Cecilia has been working to put an end to the moving circus to Strasbourg since she was first elected to the European Parliament.

At the time of writing, the petition is just a little short of its target of 1 million signatures so go ahead and add yours.
