England Warming

UK Met Office researchers, writing in Atmospheric Science Letters, have concluded that the 1°C increase in the Central England Temperature since the ’50s is highly unlikely to be part of natural cycles.

David Karoly (now at the University of Oklahoma) and Peter Stott of the Hadley Centre, part of the Met Office, found that the probabilty that human actions have had no impact is less than 5%.
