Deforestation cut by 25%

A BBC article tells how the Brazilian President ‘Lula’ has announced figures that show that deforestation in the Amazon has slowed by 25% to the lowest rates since 2000. The popular US TV thriller series, “24″, is aiming to be carbon-neutral in its production of the final episode of the next season, according to this article in the Washington Post. The good green citizen can then watch it with a clear conscience, I suppose.
