Today has seen the price of Carbon fall sharply again.

At it’s lowest point, about 25 minutes into the trading day, the price was at €15.25.
The close saw it settle at €16.50.

The past few days’ drop appear to be following news of much lower than expected emissions in 2005 in Belgium, France and Spain, and surplus allowances in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
