Former US presidential candidate Al Gore’s film, An Inconvenient Truth, is today opening across the UK.

The film has been out in the US for 16 weeks and has been seen more than 2 million times.
The official site also links to a list of 10 Things that everyone can do to “help stop global warming.”

Ashok Sinha, director of Stop Climate Chaos, an umbrella organisation for campaigning groups said

It’s a cliché to say a book or film will change your life, but this film is truly inspirational.

It’s brilliantly clear both on the science and the gravity of where the policy of business as usual has got us today, and where it will lead if we don’t start taking personal and political action now.
