Phase II allocations: DEFRA comments invited

The UK’s DEFRA is inviting comments on the European Emissions Trading Scheme Phase II targets, as per here.   The comments are restricted to noting, “any errors that may be contained in the data and information used to calculate the incumbent allocations.”   Deadline is 2006-10-16.
