California Dreaming?
28th 2006f September, 2006, JezGovernor Arnold Schwarzenegger made it law that California will aim to reduce its emissions by 25% by 2020.
The immediate concern is that many companies will simply relocate to avoid the tough demands.
This would of couse make it easier for California, but harder for the rest of the country if it ever follows suit.
