Shell International (London) is looking for an Environmental Products Originator to develop Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and Joint Implementation (JI) Projects.  Application deadline is 2006-09-20. 
It says something of the nature of the emissions reduction business that the job requirements include:
“Fluency in Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese or Russian is essential.”

As the Earth warms under the effects of climate change, the effects seem to accelerate. The BBC reports that:
