Uk Electricity prices

The UK’s Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has just issued a report predicting that electricity prices will rise due partly to the EC carbon Emissions Trading Scheme, according to an article in today’s Financial Times:

Today’s Financial Times carries a guest article by Chandran Nair, founder and CEO of the Asian think-tank Global Institute for Tomorrow, about China’s strong commitment to green policies.
