CET Outlook 2006
6th 2006f January, 2006, PeterJos Cozijnsen, over at New Values Community, has posted his views on the prospects for carbon emissions trading in 2006. He sees a lessening of the influence of electricity-generators on the market, as others enter the market, and thus a lower correlation between CER prices and electricity prices.
