Spanish CER exchange funded
14th 2005f December, 2005, PeterAccording to a news item on the New Values weblog, the proposed Spanish carbon emissions trading exchange SENDECO2 will be based in Barcelona, after the Catalan regional government and three companies committed funding to the venture.
